(MPL) – Leading Power Trading Co. of India, Crisil Advisory, Eptisa, WBSEDCL, UPPCL, MSERC, Ministry of Energy and Water (Afghanistan), Ministry of Finance (Afghanistan) and International Donor Agencies - USAID, ADB, GIZ, WB.Raja has worked about 20 Years with Private Energy Utility India Power Corporation Ltd. (erstwhile DPSC Ltd.) in a diverse and multifunctional environment. He assisted the Ministry/CMD/Managing Director of different National and International Power and Finance sectors on the decision making process to establish the revenue assurance, loss reduction, customer satisfaction along with business development. He has advised various Electricity Regulatory Commissions to improve the energy efficiency in business networks.Raja assisted power utilities in India and Afghanistan in regulatory reforms, tariff structuring, project implementation through PPP model and improving business processes. Raja also provided techno-commercial support to finalize international PPA, tariff model & regulatory policies, financial modeling and evaluation process of telecom/power/hospitality/market complex projects with international project management.He has handled several complex issues; believe in taking ownership for the work to achieve peak performance and productive ideas; lead and build effective teams; addressing industry requirements to achieve organizational objectives and profitability norms. His experience in power trading, wind power forecasting system, REC, distribution franchisee and business development had helped many Power utilities in India.
