Mr. Keshre has done his Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from SGSITS, Indore, (M.P.) and M.Tech from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, (M.P.). He has in total 36 years of experience in Electrical Engineering. Retired as Electrical Head from Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd., Delhi office on 31st May 2017 where he was responsible for designing, engineering, Installation, electrical Inspection/ testing, commissioning, and reviewing of various Electrical systems for infra, industrial, thermal and hydropower projects. He has 15 years of field experience in installation, electrical testing, commissioning, operation & maintenance of thermal and hydropower plants involving switchyard, 9 years in engineering, procurement and development of Hydropower project and 12 years in design and engineering in a consultancy firm covering GIS substation and other medium/low voltage electrical system for a project in Qatar, Augmentation of existing 132 kV substation facilities, relay coordination etc. for a refinery project in India, Various industrial, infra, T&D projects in India and overseas, Various Hydro power projects,and Specialist engineer-Electrical at Iran for about 9000 MW capacity hydro projects.
