Mr Bhalchandra Mukund Date is an architect, urban designer and planner. He has vast experience of about 35 years in India, as well as in Botswana, Uganda, Qatar, Tanzania and Afghanistan; in field of architecture, urban design and planning, including Smart City projects, various types of large scale multidisciplinary projects in various sectors like industrial, infrastructure development, housing, urban development and planning, industrial townships, airport, sea port, etc. and he is open to take challenges in new sectors unexplored.He has performed various roles, with enhanced responsibilities, from level of trainee architect at site and office, designer, Jr. Architect, Sr. Architect, Project Architect, Sr. Manager–Architecture, Project Manager, Dy GM Architecture, Team Leader, Office Head, Local Ethics Counselor, Discipline Head, Vertical Head, Sector Head, Associate Vice President, Project Director, Project Advisor, etc.He is team player by nature, and performed well as team leader too, with good organizational, communication and leadership skills, with focus on knowledge sharing and enhancement and design excellence, encourage smart and innovative ideas in design and planning, for achieving sustainable solutions responsive to nature and environment.
